Diapers and toilet training are the next big issue after breast vs bottle feeding for your growing baby. I had my doubts about the book titled "Diaper Free" but after looking over the reviews it sounds very well researched. I can attest to the fact that if you really pay attention to your child's signals it is likely potty training will happen sooner and better. I had five children, at one time 3 of them in diapers. They each had their own schedule for new steps. The first child decided she did not like dirty diapers at the tender age of 6 months and would scream until I took her into the bathroom and perched her on the toilet seat. This was not planned, but something I decided to try after watching her signals. Nothing like that happened with the following children, who were potty trained anywhere from 18 months to 3 1/2 years old. So, listen to the "experts" (the kids themselves) and work out a training schedule and method that will work for you and your child. Here are some books and products that will help.
