Although I'm great in the kitchen and sewing room, I never pictured myself as an appliance repair person. Until my refrigerator began to fail and it was obvious that something had to be done. One trip to the library and I was on my way to saving a call to the appliance repair folks. Turned out to be a clogged drain hose for the defrosting system-something very easy to fix. Now, I own a refrigerator repair manual and have no fear of the strange noises that are coming from the washing machine!
