Cleaning is not my favorite sport, although I do love the results of a job well done! These books and products are selected to make things easier and provide the essentials for any household. The Roomba floor vac featured at right is a real kick! It's fun to let it loose in the room and it is surprising how much it can accomplish-saving you the task of pushing around a heavier vacuum. Now it has a brother, Scooba, for washing floors! Another item that really saves a lot of grief in my household is a Portable Spot Scrubber. This is great for liquid spills, pet accidents and those mysterious soiled spots that somehow appear on their own. I've been able to put off deep cleaning the whole carpet by using this handy and easy to use little appliance-and it has saved my grown children lots of embarassment when their pets or children have made little mistakes on my light beige rug!
