Apple Crisp with Variations

Place in a greased 9" baking pan:
5 cups sliced apples, peaches or blueberries

Mix together until crumbly:
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup quick oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter or margarine

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, serve warm or chilled with whipped cream.
